Terms of Use

This service is still in beta. By using this site and the demo on it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Indonesian version of this page is the primary text; if the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

01Service status

datascience.co.id is in closed beta. The demo on the home page is a lightweight simulation that shows how the tool works. Features marked “coming soon” or “planned” are not available and may change or not be built at all. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

02Forecast results

All forecasts and analyses are statistical estimates based on the data you provide. They are not a guarantee of results, not financial advice and not professional business advice. Accuracy depends on the quality and length of your data. Decisions, and the risks that come with them, are your responsibility.

03Data you upload

Files you upload to the demo are processed in your browser and are not sent to our server. You remain the owner of that data. Upload only data you have the right to use, and avoid customer personal data that is not needed for the calculation.

04Waitlist and beta

Signing up does not guarantee access. Beta places are limited.
There are currently no payments. Plans and prices shown on the site are indicative and may change before launch.
Processing of sign-up data follows the Privacy Policy.

05What you must not do

Submit false data, or data belonging to someone else without the right to do so, through the form.
Disrupt or overload the site, for example through mass automated submissions or scanning for security weaknesses without permission.
Copy, resell or impersonate this service.

06Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this site belong to datascience.co.id. The site uses free software under its respective licences:

Three.js (MIT licence)
SheetJS Community Edition (Apache 2.0 licence)
Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1)

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site and demo, including as a result of decisions you make based on a forecast.

08Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through consultation.
